Welcome to the Purity and Honor Month
A dedicated time for our church community to delve deeply into the virtues of purity and honor, guided by the theme verse, “He created them from the beginning a man and a woman” (Matthew 19:4). This month serves as a spiritual initiative to reinforce these foundational beliefs amid the myriad challenges facing our faith and values today. This month, we embrace the call of Ephesians 6:11: “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” By focusing on purity and honor, we equip our youth with the spiritual armor they need to stand firm in their faith.
Our new online resource is tailored to support each age group with specially curated materials, ensuring that everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, can grow in understanding and commitment to their faith. We offer a variety of engaging resources, including:
- Audio Sermons: Listen to insightful sermons by our Church Fathers, offering guidance and wisdom on the themes of purity and honor.
- Interactive Videos: Starting from middle school, these videos provide dynamic, engaging content that encourages our youth to think critically about how they live out their faith in everyday decisions.
- Educational PowerPoints: Reviewed and approved by our Church Fathers, these presentations break down the concepts of purity and honor in an accessible way, reinforcing the lessons from the sermons and videos.
Acknowledgments: We extend our deepest gratitude to Father Luke Istafanous M.D., A.B.P.N., A.B.A.M., and Marguerite Rizk M.A., Diploma B.S, AA, whose invaluable assistance and dedication were instrumental in the development of this website and its contents. All the educational materials, including the PowerPoint presentations and lesson plans, are based on their comprehensive book on purity and honor. We thank them wholeheartedly and pray that God may use the fruits of their labor to nourish and inspire many of His children.
